My double room was neat and brand-new, with king beds that were comfortable. The breakfast offered a good selection including juice, cereals, and pastries.

I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield Inn Alexandria. The rooms were beautifully decorated, spacious, and impeccably clean. The bathroom and shower were also excellent. The front desk staff went above and beyond, even braving the rain to help me find a better parking spot. This was truly one of the best hotel experiences I've had in the DC area.

Despite the ongoing renovations, I would be happy to recommend this hotel. The construction noise and workers throughout the day were a minor inconvenience, but the comfortable bed, convenient location near I-395, and the delightful daily breakfast at iHOP more than made up for it.
